Juliet Dawn is a multifaceted artist whose creative output spans across music, film, and literature, underpinned by a deeply prophetic Christian ministry. With a career that has unfolded alongside her mother, the accomplished composer Brenda Taylor, Juliet has been a fixture on international stages for over 30 years. Their collaborative performances have graced prestigious venues, including the iconic Royal Albert Hall, showcasing a rare blend of familial synergy and spiritual depth.

Beyond the concert stage, Juliet's artistic ventures are as varied as they are
impactful. She has released several albums, echoing the richness of her faith
through song. Her foray into the world of cinema includes producing the feature film "Pilgrim's Progress," a testament to her storytelling prowess and commitment to faith-based narratives. Additionally, Juliet has shared her reflective and emotive voice through poetry books, further cementing her role as a conduit for spiritual exploration and expression.

Juliet's latest literary offering, "OK! Fine! So maybe God exists...," published by
Dovetail Shalom Ministries, marks a significant milestone in her journey as an artist and a believer. This book of poetry and reflection is not merely a collection of verses but a profound exploration of faith, fact, and the human spirit. Through her writings, Juliet invites readers into her personal odyssey marked by trials such as abuse, grief, bankruptcy, loss, trauma, near-death experiences, physical debilitation, and life struggles. Yet, it is her emergence as a victor and overcomer that defines the narrative arc of her work, offering a beacon of hope to others navigating their own tempests.

The book is structured into six chapters, each delving into different facets of life's
spiritual journey. It addresses profound issues of faith, spirituality, mortality, and
eternity, encouraging readers to contemplate and build a deeper understanding of God the Father and Jesus, our Redeemer. Through her words, Juliet challenges and comforts, guiding readers toward a renewed faith and a deeper understanding of their spiritual journey.

REVIEW

“This breathtakingly honest book is forged on the anvil of pain. These poems pulsate
with the search for meaning of tragedy. Like Job before her the author pours out her grief, anguish, rage and distress; the miscarriages, the deaths of twin boys. Through it all a still small voice emerges; a voice that will bring many across the threshold of despair into a richer life of faith and trust. It’s a book to be taken slowly, meditatively and with respect. It can take away the ashes of bitterness and make the pain productive. It’s a beautiful book and beautifully illustrated It’s a book to treasure: to read and reread. It will touch the very core of your being. It did me! “

FUTURE PLANS

Juliet is venturing into new territory in Christian arts, aiming to create culturally relevant, God-centered media for a disillusioned world. Her plans for 2024 include a trip to Nashville with her mother and brother to foster relationships and explore opportunities beyond the UK.

THOUGHTS

Juliet’s desire as an artist is to build a Kingdom based armoury of creative, musical and spoken word resources that have the potential to radically change lives by pointing people to God our Creator and Jesus our Redeemer. Moreover, as an accomplished performer she is gifted to engage and communicate, using her emotive life story of deep trauma, married with her anointed voice, to inspire and touch hearts. Here, her calling is to bring eternal contemplations and portraits of God’s own heart to a broken generation as she weaves faith, hope and life experience in song and testimony. Juliet is on a mission to make a difference in this pivotal season by sharing a love-drawn gospel message in a unique, accessible and compelling way.

A beautiful, divinely appointed voice, broken through wilderness years of grief, loss and trauma, returns through God’s healing and in His purposes……. for such a time as this !
